REMEMBERING

Restoring Queer Lineages

22.06.2025 | 5:30 PM onwards | Shiv Shakti Hall, Zorba the Buddha

7 Tropical Drive, Ghittorni, New Delhi - 110031

Re-MEMBERING was a curated gathering that invited the audiences to sit with the truths that have long been told, but too often erased from collective memory. Through this event we aimed to reclaim queerness not as an anomaly, but as an ancient, rooted expression of our subcontinent’s cultural and spiritual heritage.

Through storytelling and embodied ritual, two artists — Nitika Arora of Darwesh Taleweaver and Kaur Chimuk, a trans-binary performer and researcher — draw lines between mythology, memory, resistance, and re-existence.
