Services Offered

LOUDR curates and hosts art-based programs, including exhibitions and workshops. These services are available for purchase via our website.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Payments

All transactions on our website are securely processed through PayU. We do not store your card or banking details.

User Conduct

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LOUDR, we are committed to delivering high-quality cultural and artistic experiences. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Refund Eligibility

Workshops/Programs:
Full refund if the session is cancelled by LOUDR. No refund for customer-initiated cancellations.
Event Tickets:
Full refund only if the event is cancelled due to LOUDR’s fault. Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of cancellation.
Merchandise (if applicable in the future):
Refund or replacement only for defective items reported within 5 business days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@loudr.co.in with your order details. All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Cancellations by the Customer

Customers may cancel workshop or event bookings, but no refund will be issued unless LOUDR is responsible for the cancellation.
